The development company is owned by Richard A. Friedman and Brooks L. Kellogg as Managing Members of their respective limited liability companies. The pairing of this unique team produced a winning combination blending over 60 years of commercial and residential real estate development and management experience.

Mr. Friedman has been directly responsible for acquisitions, planning, zoning, administration, marketing and sales for the greater southeast region. A native of Washington, D.C., Mr. Friedman has over 34 years of professional business experience within the real estate development, construction, financial and marketing industries.

His substantial hands-on involvement has played an important role in the overall success of 19 multi-family, single family, commercial and waterfront condominium developments including but not limited to: Harbour Village Golf & Yacht Club, a $250 million-750 unit world-class, award-winning condominium resort in Ponce Inlet, Florida; The Towers At Ponce Inlet, a $200 million - 555 unit beach front condominium development in Ponce Inlet, Florida; Spruce Creek Fly-In, a $500 million - 1,000 unit residential community with a 4,000 foot runway accommodating 550 taxi-way access homes, 18 hole golf course and country club in Daytona Beach, Florida; Chadwick Place, a $12 million - ten unit town home development in Steamboat Springs, Colorado; Chadwick Estates, an $18 million-six single family home development in Steamboat Springs, Colorado; Beach Street Courtyard, an $8.5 million - ten commercial units and twelve world-class luxury residences on Beach Street and the Intracoastal Waterway, Daytona Beach, Florida; Bahia Vista Estates, a $24 million single family home development located in Los Osos, California; and Beaver Run Resort (Founder and Developer) a $120 million - 326 unit resort condominium development in Breckenridge, Colorado. Mr. Friedman earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Ben Franklin University in Washington, D.C. He is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Florida, has received the designation of Certified Residential Specialist by the National Association of Realtors and has been the recipient of numerous achievement awards for outstanding performance in real estate development and marketing.

Brooks Kellogg was born in Oberlin, Kansas and graduated from Fort Hays State University in Hays, Kansas. His real estate and development background blends numerous strengths developed from direct business experience and responsibilities ranging from hands-on field management through senior level positions and entrepreneurial endeavors. Mr. Kellogg specializes in internal management, overseeing the firm's new and existing business relationships with the company's individual, institutional and corporate clients. His expertise focuses on project management, strategic positioning, transactional deal structuring, and financial oversight. As a Real Estate Broker and Owner of Ilco Company, Mr. Kellogg developed several recreational multi-family projects at various resort destinations in the United States. Through his Illinois and Colorado companies, Mr. Kellogg for the past 23 years has owned and managed office buildings and shopping centers throughout the greater Chicago area as well as in Steamboat Springs, Colorado.

Mr. Kellogg is a past member of the Village Plan Commission in Wood Dale, IL and Village Board of Kildeer, IL. He is also a past President and founder of the Rotary Club of Long Grove Illinois, member of the College of Lake County Foundation, Board Member of the Colorado Mountain College Foundation, Board Member of the Fort Hays State University Foundation, President Council Member of the University of Illinois and holder of many service and leadership awards.

Both Mr. Friedman and Mr. Kellogg maintain residences in Steamboat Springs.
