RICO Construction, Inc. is a Steamboat Springs based construction company offering construction services for residential and commercial projects. RICO moved its operations to Steamboat Springs in June 2007 from Amarillo, Texas. During the company's 20 years of operation, RICO has built over 200 homes ranging in size from 4,000 to 15,000 square feet. In the last 10 years of operation, the majority of projects were custom built homes requiring extensive knowledge of the construction industry.

RICO Construction, Inc. is currently owned by Rusty Riley and Randy Riley. Rusty is a graduate of Texas A&M University in which he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering. Since graduating he has worked for the Department of Energy as a Nuclear Weapons Engineer. He has also worked for several technology firms as well as an international consultant.

Randy Riley has been in the construction industry for over 25 years as a Master Carpenter and General Contractor. He has worked for various multi-million dollar construction companies before establishing his own company in 1986.
