Founded in 2006 by architects Keith Kelly and Tim Stone, Kelly and Stone Architects (KSA) continue to uphold a commitment to design excellence and client satisfaction. KSA is a spin-off of award-winning Charles Cunniffe Architects (CCA) which is an Aspen based firm. Keith Kelly and Tim Stone, as architects of CCA, were responsible for the design of the Chadwick Estates residences.

Kelly and Stone Architects has over twenty years of combined experience in architectural design and planning. KSA has produced many successful projects for a wide variety of clients ranging from private individuals to large and small businesses. KSA is particularly sought out for their innovative approach to design challenges and has a reputation for producing inspired architectural projects.
