Amenity Pavilion, Pool & Spa

Just seconds away from the Villas is the amenity pavilion featuring a heated all-season pool with 40-foot lap lane and 8-foot jetted spa. The pool deck is heated and complimented with luxury chaise lounges with cushions, tables, chairs and umbrellas. At the pool, and built into the side of the building, is a large 48" barbeque grill for poolside entertaining. The pavilion includes a fitness center accessorized with cushion flooring, flat screen television, built-in juice bar, refrigerator and state-of-the-art cardiovascular equipment. In addition, the structure has a large sauna, men's and women's changing rooms and restrooms. The amenity pavilion is open year-round to owners and their guests.
