The Amenity Pavilion is located next to the heated pool with attached spa and is open year round to owners and their guests. The pavilion contains an exercise room accessorized with cushion flooring, mirrors, flat screen television, and commercial cardiovascular equipment. In addition, the structure has a large sauna, men's and ladie's locker rooms and restrooms. At the pool, and built into the side of the building, is a large 48" barbeque grill for poolside entertaining. The pool deck is heated and complimented with luxury chaise lounges with cushions, tables, chairs and umbrellas.
