Richard has over thirty-four years of professional business experience within the real estate development, construction, financial and marketing industries. His background blends numerous strengths developed from direct business experience and responsibilities ranging from hands-on field management through senior level positions and entrepreneurial endeavors.  His major accomplishments and experience include multi-million dollar residential land acquisitions, residential real estate planning, site development and construction. Among other real estate development accomplishments, Richard is directly responsible for the development of over 2,000 water-front units on the Atlantic Coast of Central Florida.  Richard graduated from Ben Franklin University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting. He is a private pilot, Florida Real Estate Broker and an active member of the Steamboat Springs Rotary Club.

Brooks Kellogg was born in Oberlin, Kansas September 26, 1938 and graduated from Fort Hays State University in Hays, Kansas. Brooks takes an active role in developing and maintaining key client relationships including, but not limited to, coordination of all client projects. His expertise focuses on project management, strategic positioning, transactional deal structuring and financial oversight.  He has developed several recreational multi-family projects at U.S. resort destinations and continues to own and manage office buildings and shopping centers in Chicago and Steamboat Springs. Brooks is a licensed Illinois Real Estate Broker and is the recipient of many meritorious service and leadership awards.  He is also a member of the Steamboat Springs Rotary Club.

Daniel Hanin, General Counsel for Chadwick Real Estate Group, holds a juris doctorate from Loyola University School of Law and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from California State University at Northridge. He is a former pro-tem judge and taught at several University of California Extension offices and at Los Angeles Community College. Dan also is a former Colorado Mountain College adjunct faculty member and a former member of the CMC Foundation.  Dan now holds a position on the Colorado Mountain College Board of Trustees.

Born and educated in Iowa, Karen has over twenty-seven years of professional experience within the interior design and real estate industries.  In 1979, Karen opened Circa Designs in Breckenridge, Colorado, an interior design and furniture showroom at the base of the ski mountain.  In the capacity of CEO, Karen dealt directly and extensively with real estate developers and builders handling all aspects of their commercial and residential interior design and furnishing requirements.  As one of the co-founders of NewHome Sales & Marketing, Inc. in 1990, now succeeded by Chadwick Real Estate Group, Inc., Karen has been instrumental in developing the marketing and sales strategies for all of our real estate projects.  Karen is a licensed Colorado Real Estate Broker and is also a licensed Real Estate Agent in the State of Florida.

Tina was born and raised in Germany where she earned her degree in accounting and business administration. She has over 20 years of experience specializing in the construction and real estate industries. Tina lives in Steamboat Springs with her husband of nearly 20 years along with her son.

Rhianna earned her bachelor’s degree from Colorado State University in Business Administration in May of 2005 graduating with a dual emphasis in Marketing and Organization Management. Rhianna most recently earned her Master of Business Administration from University of Phoenix in July of 2007. Prior to her position at Chadwick Real Estate Group, Rhianna worked in the telecommunications industry selling business-to-business VoIP products and support as well as for the University of Phoenix as an Enrollment Manager at the Colorado Campus.

Janet was first exposed to the construction industry in Newport Beach, California as a licensed Insurance agent and commercial underwriter.  Finding construction a rewarding career, she founded, in partnership, Ziebarth-Cater Contruction & Investments.  The company specialized in planning, designing and remodeling of high-end homes for resale.  Ziebarth-Cater is happily celebrating its 27th anniversary.  The company currently has property in Southern and Central California as well as Florida.  Janet is the Owner's Representative for the Beach Street Courtyard development in Florida and is a partner in the Bahia Vista Estates development in Los Osos, California.
